Since our inception, we have reached over 150,000 direct beneficiaries in the past 30 years. The sensitization of women , girls, and males to issues such as the effects of early-age marriages , women's protection laws, women rights , socio-economic empowerment, the importance of education, the importance of voting, and others has empowered communities from 14 districts of Pakistan. Through our programs, skill training has been provided to women, girls, and youth from marginalised backgrounds in nearly 350 villages. The health facilities and sensitization have benefited rural community members equally. Meanwhile, our disaster response has supported and facilitated disaster affected people in KPK , Punjab and Sindh. Through small loans, business grants, business skill training, and scholarships, AWARD has facilitated rural women and youth and helped them establish their own small businesses. AWARD has its own enrolment program which is benefitting out-of-school children in each working area . AWARD also has a major focus to plant trees to restore forests. Testimonials from beneficiaries highlight the transformative impact of our work.
Transformed life through our educational and vocational initiatives, now positively impacting their family and community, exemplifying determination and success.
By the grace of God, I am the first female entrepreneur in Pakistan to open a mobile repair business. Because of this, I was contacted by a number of media channels who wanted to interview me and publish my success story on their websites and TV channels. My current monthly income ranges between 40 and 50,000 Pakistani rupees. It's a brand-new career path for women, and I'm working to meet the industry's rising need. My money now allows me to pursue additional education. I am grateful to AWARD for introducing a fresh market for girls. Because of this, I am able to earn money in a trustworthy manner and contribute to my family and community.

Luckily, after upgrading and equipping my barber shop; my business started to provide me a good profit. Two months later, I repaid the debt of PKR 50,000. Now I have shifted my shop from my town (Wazir khan 224 RB) to D-type colony Faisalabad; since it is the main market and customer flow is surprisingly good.
At present, I have purchased a brand new 70cc motorbike from my earnings as well as I am saving for my father’s business. Since I want my dad to quit his labor ship and become a contractor and I am hopeful that the day is not far away.
Thank you AWARD for giving me a better social status in the society.

Fortunately, I received 30,000/PKR and used that money to purchase two goats. I now have a total of 9 goats after my goats gave birth to 5 kids after 6 months. On Eid, I sold off 2 goats and renovated my home. Later, I sold five additional goats and purchased a cow that had a heifer as a child. I currently have a cow, a heifer, and two goats. These two goats are hoping to have more children while they are still pregnant. I'm extremely thankful.

AWARD deserves all the credit for teaching me many useful business strategies. I currently receive a monthly profit of up to 25,000 PKR through my small grocery store. When I purchased an auto rickshaw for my husband, so he could earn through a major means, I felt incredibly strong. He expressed gratitude and appreciation for my doing so for the first time. He currently works as a salesman and makes a good monthly salary. We lead affluent life and advise others to push themselves beyond their comfort zones. I thank AWARD for this beneficial change.

By the grace of God, I attended the 2 days Business Development Training that was facilitated by an expert Team Member of AWARD. In this training, all the selected people were taught beneficial business principles for growth and sustainability of the business. After receiving the grant amount of 35,000 PKR, I have upgraded my stitching shop with some necessary tools and machines and started working with new enthusiasm and determination. Currently, I have seven girls at my stitching shop as my students. They all are very energetic and learning this skill with their best interest. I am earning PKR 60,000-70,000/- per month that is more than enough for my children and household expenses. In am really grateful to AWARD as the future of my children seems to be secure now.
