This project aims to enhance the leadership capacity of emerging Women leaders through Women Leadership Training. Recognizing the importance of diversity and inclusivity in leadership, the project seeks to address the under representation of Minority Women in leadership positions by providing them with mentorship, skills development, and networking opportunities.
