URAAN is designed to enhance livelihood, knowledge, networking, and employability for the marginalized youth of District Faisalabad and Toba Tek Singh for their sustainable development and empowerment. The project includes sensitization and motivation for school and college dropouts on the importance of vocational and technical skill trainings, establishing networking with employers and recruiters, and Providing business grants and business development training to the skilled youth to establish small businesses. In the last 5 years, the project has been able to benefit 13774 youth in District Faisalabad and Toba Tek Singh.
